Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an explicit communication (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of products
You must return the products without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The direct costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:
- Goods made to measure or clearly personalized
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery
