As soon as your package is ready and in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all tracking information.


PRINTING/PREPARATION TIMES:
3/5 WORKING DAYS
(excluding Saturdays and Sundays!) 
During periods of the year such as Christmas,
Black Friday, various national holidays, etc.
it may take longer. 


DELIVERY TIMES:
 1/2 DAYS


WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have not received the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number, please check your spam/junk mail folder, 99% of the time it is there. 

Please monitor your package's journey to avoid being absent when the courier arrives. 

For information on the delivery day, to reschedule a delivery, or to schedule a pickup at a point, please contact the GLS courier. 

 

RETURNS:
We print on demand as soon as we receive an order; for this reason, all sales are final.
We only accept returns in two cases: 
•if the t-shirt has a defect
•if we sent you the wrong size

We do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size, but don't worry! You can find the size charts on the website, so you can't go wrong!



GARMENT WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: 
TURN THE SHIRT INSIDE OUT
AND WASH IT IN THE WASHING MACHINE ON COLD
OR BY HAND. 
LET IT DRY FLAT
DO NOT USE A DRYER.
IT IS BEST NOT TO IRON IT
BUT IF YOU HAVE TO
TURN IT INSIDE OUT
NEVER IRON DIRECTLY ON THE PRINT.
